The OTC benefit offers you a wide range of brand and generic medications, vitamins, supplements, and miscellaneous items to improve your general health and well-being. You can order from a list of approved OTC products, and they will be delivered directly to your home address or the requested destination.
The amount depends on your benefit plan. Check your plan documents or call SunScripts OTC at 1-833-898-7046 for more information.
Your OTC benefit can be ordered once a month, starting from the 1st of the month until the last day of the month.
Unused benefit amounts do not roll over or accumulate to the next month.
Most orders will arrive upon 5-7 business days from the day of your initial call. There may be exceptions during peak volume periods as well as for holidays or natural disasters. If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please call SunScripts OTC at 1-833-898-7046 to track your order.
Orders may be canceled within the same day of ordering, before 5:00 pm EST. To cancel your order, please call SunScripts at 1-833-898-7046.
You can call SunScripts OTC 2 business days after placing your OTC order to track your order. Please note that there is no next-day delivery service available.
Items will be shipped via DotExpress courier services or FedEx at no charge to you. Please do not tip.
